We offer professional stress reduction programs, called STRESS BUSTERS, for corporations, schools, organizations, and for private entities worldwide. The program is designed for a wide range of audiences who desire to acquire relaxation techniques in order to reduce unhealthy stress levels. All participants would be able to learn the basic steps and procedures to control stress in their everyday lives in order to become happier, healthier, and more productive. The 2-hour presentation is best utilized, but not required, to be repeated weekly up to 3 times.
